Hack Wire 2026

β‘ The Ultimate Hardware Showdown
HackWire is not a conventional hackathon. It is an experiment in philosophy-driven engineering, designed to test what happens when students are asked to translate abstract principles of life into working hardware systems. Conducted from 22 to 24 January at Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Yelahanka, HackWire brought together student makers for 36 continuous hours of ideation, building, and system integration. The event was organised by Param Foundation, Vedanta Bharathi & Mythic Society, PCB Cupid along with MIT ElectroVista Club, in collaboration with the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, MIT Bengaluru.
The goal was simple but ambitious: push participants beyond routine problem-solving and into systems thinking, where concepts, constraints, and execution must align. From smart devices to connected infrastructure, if itβs innovative, efficient, and hardware-driven. It belongs here.
